Officer - Technical (Commercial Building)

This incumbent will report to Manager – Technical and assist on overseeing the E&M facilities of the Company designed properties.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties that are including handover after the revitalization of a revitalized commercial building

Organize and supervise routine repair and maintenance, alternation and additional works and renovation for commercial properties

Follow up all maintenance contracts for daily operation

Prepare quotation or tender documents for outsourced technical services

Monitor site progress of improvement and renovation works

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Certificate/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline

Holder of Certificate of REW Grade A

At least 2 years’ experience in building repair & maintenance in property related field, experience in supervisory level is an advantage

Good knowledge in building & E&M regulations

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Technical
