Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and participate in all food and beverage activities in buffet restaurant.
• Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
• To prepare and supervise daily mise en place and assures that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels.

Job Qualification & Experience:

• At least 1-2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
• Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
