About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Concierge Department in Hong Kong, the Guest Services Agent is responsible for handling enquiries and providing guest sevices at the expected level of a luxury property. The Guest Services Agent reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide a pro-active and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience
• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
• Assist guests with carrying their luggage while in hotel premises
• Deliver and collect luggage from/to guest rooms
• Assist guests for transportation arrangements and ensure guests are correctly directed to their destinations
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in hotel lobby & entrance

As Guest Services Agent, we expect from you:

• Relevant experiences in guest services or hotels
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Dynamic and energetic
