Sous Chef (Main Kitchen)

We are looking for Sous Chef (Main Kitchen) based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Sous Chef (Main Kitchen), we rely on you to:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens
• Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchens
• Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
• Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in related professions
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
