The Complex Director of Revenue Management is the strategic revenue leader for Rosewood Hong Kong and K11 ARTUS. This world class complex includes Rosewood Hong Kong (406 keys), Rosewood Residences (186 keys) and K11 ARTUS (287 keys). Rosewood Hong Kong was awarded Number 1 hotel in the 2025 World’s 50 Best Hotels & The Best Hotel in Asia.
The role provides a single point of accountability for pricing, inventory, forecasting, distribution, market segmentation and commercial analytics across the Complex, including both Short Stay, Long Stay and non-room revenue (F&B Outlets, Asaya Spa by Guerlain, Events and Retail).
As a key commercial business partner, the position translates market intelligence and performance data into decisive strategies that maximize revenue, profitability and market share while protecting brand positioning and guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of integrated revenue strategies for Rosewood Hong Kong and K11 ARTUS, aligned with property, ownership, regional and corporate objectives.
- Maximize rooms revenue, profitability and market share through disciplined pricing, inventory controls, demand forecasting, business-mix optimization and channel strategy.
- Establish annual revenue plans, budgets and growth targets supported by clear assumptions, scenario analysis and actionable commercial priorities.
- Lead daily, weekly, monthly and long-range forecasting; improve forecast accuracy and clearly explain performance variances, risks and opportunities.
- Determine optimal pricing and availability across transient, negotiated, wholesale, group, long-stay and other relevant segments.
- Oversee distribution across direct, GDS, OTA and third-party channels, with focus on channel contribution, rate parity, content accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, consumer trends and demand generators, converting insights into timely revenue actions.
- Guide revenue strategy for major groups, need periods, promotions and key commercial opportunities, ensuring appropriate return on investment.
- Provide clear revenue performance reporting and recommendations to the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing, property leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations to ensure commercial strategies are understood, implemented and adjusted as market conditions change.
- Champion effective use of revenue management, distribution and business intelligence systems, including data accuracy, governance, automation and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach and develop the Revenue Management team through clear objectives, delegation, regular feedback, development plans and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, accountability and fact-based decision-making across both properties.
- Prepare and contribute to commercial reviews, annual business planning and performance presentations for hotel and corporate leadership.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years’ progressive senior Revenue Management experience within luxury hospitality, including complex or multi-property responsibility with broad segment experience and global mindset in luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in pricing, inventory, forecasting, segmentation and distribution strategy.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Advanced knowledge of revenue management, distribution and hotel systems, with a strong affinity for technology and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams across multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury hospitality market is preferred; CRME certification is highly valued.
