Commis (All day Dining Restaurant)

We are looking for a Commis 1 based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 
As a Commis, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for food preparation, including measuring, seasoning and chopping ingredients, etc.
  負責預備食物材料，包括醬汁、切碎配料等
• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
  控制食物及物資存貨，確保足夠每天用量需求
• Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard
  確保食物出品維持高標準及滿足客人期望

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
  持有中五學歷或西式廚藝證書
• Minimum 2 year relevant experience in related professions
  最少2年相關工作經驗
• Good command of English and Cantonese
  良好英語及廣東話
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
  良好的團隊合作精神及能夠在壓力下工作
