主な業務内容

プレミ アムな江戸前寿司の仕込みおよび提供

仕込み、食材管理を含む日々の厨房業務全般

厳格な衛生管理、清掃、品質管理の徹底

サービスチームと連携し、最高峰の顧客体験を提供

経験： 5年以上の寿司職人としての実務経験

語学力： 広東語・英語力は不問（日本語での業務対応が可能です）

求める人物像： 細部へのこだわり、高い規律性、チームワークを重視できる方、江戸前寿司への情熱をお持ちの方

About Us

The only 3 MICHELIN Star Japanese restaurant in Asia outside Japan, located at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. We're seeking a passionate, highly skilled Japanese Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

 * Prepare and serve premium Edomae sushi.

 * Daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and ingredient handling.

 * Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and quality control.

 * Coordinate with the service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Requirements

 * Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant sushi experience. 

* Language: No Cantonese or English required.

 * Qualities: High attention to detail, strong discipline, team spirit, passion for Edomae style sushi.
