AVP, Loan Origination & Syndication, Greater China

What you do

• Originate and execute syndicated loans transactions for Greater China, including feasibility assessment, term sheet formulation, and managing timelines and documentation.

• Develop competitive pricing models that align with market expectations and optimize transaction outcomes.

• Work closely with relationship managers to identify and originate primary or secondary deals, enhancing the bank’s syndicated loan portfolio.

• Maintain frequent dialogues with other market players for market intelligence.

• Assess market liquidity for precise underwriting decision.

• Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and business needs, while executing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree holder in economic, finance or a related field.

• At least 5-years in corporate banking, with a focus on Greater China syndicated loans

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

• Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with a solid business acumen.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
