Event Sales Manager/Assistant Event Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Increases sales revenue by developing new business from existing event organisers and from new customers
• Take initiative to identify, negotiate, and secure new events bookings, ranging from meetings, social events and weddings
• Prepare event documentations and coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events with high level of service standard
• Work closely with the operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events and exceed guest expectations
• Achieve sales goals and target established by management
• Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense
• Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
• A team player with leadership skills
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is an advantage
