AVP-VP, Investment Solutions Sales, Global Markets

Job Summary

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, affluent, and/or professional investor segments

• Achieve individual sales targets across investment products

• Support cross-selling of investment product through collaboration with Wealth Management, RM and internal stakeholders

• Support business reports, sales analysis, and performance dashboards for management review

• To ensure all team’s full compliance of external & internal regulatory requirement

What you do

• A Team member of Investment Solutions under Global Markets, to support Investment products to various business segments within the Bank & clientele include HNW / Premier / mass segments

• Work in tandem with business stakeholders to develop total solutions / suitable products to clientele including product development, product ideas, trades/execution and post deal handling / sales analytics

• Carry out regular market updates, generate investment trade ideas / product trainings

• Prepare business reports, sales analytics and performance dashboards for management review

• Use of simple automation / robotic solutions to streamline processes and product life-cycle management

• Support trade execution, spread management & relevant maintenance

• Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal and regulatory requirements

Who you are

• Degree holder in related fields

• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products including but not limited to FX / Equity / Fixed Income / Commodity and related derivatives

• Sales driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, able to develop or support simple automation / robotic solutions & process improvement initiatives

• Presentable, persistent and willing to take on challenges

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills / teamwork

• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Manager
