IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily IT project operations and progress tracking to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate communication between business units, IT teams, testing teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action items, project documentation, status reports, and progress updates.
• Follow up on UAT, production rollout, issue tracking, and defect resolution.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and organizing them into clear project materials for team reference.
• Support tracking of project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Assist in scheduling project meetings, workshops, and related communications.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
• 3-5 years or more of experience in IT project support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, with familiarity in software development lifecycle, testing, UAT, or system implementation preferred.
• Knowledge of securities, brokerage, trading, settlement, risk management, or related financial processes is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira, Confluence, or case management tools is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal skills in Chinese and English; ability to read and handle English technical documents.
