Apartment Services Agent (5-day work) 服務式住宅客戶助理 (五天工作週)

Working Location

• Wan Chai

Responsibilities 職責

• Assist in daily operation of all areas both in maintenance and cleanliness by conducting inspection
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Team to ensure units ready for residents’ satisfaction and comfort
• Ensure the places are cleaned and maintained according to The Gloucester standards
• Handle all residents’ enquiries and requests and provide concierge service to residents

Requirements 職位要求

• A minimum of 1 year related working experience
• Pleasant and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
