Deputy General Manager - Retail Banking

Job responsibilities:

• Closely monitor market development trends and the bank’s overall strategic objectives to assist in formulating and dynamically adjusting the unit’s work plans;
• Coordinate, plan, and drive the implementation of various business initiatives, lead the team in execution, and conduct timely performance reviews and summaries;
• Establish KPIs for the unit in accordance with the bank’s requirements; assist in coordinating internal departmental colleagues and resources from other relevant units to ensure the smooth achievement of business goals;
• Conduct market research and demand analysis for wealth management products, lead product development and design, and continuously optimize the product portfolio structure;
• Develop and refine the wealth management asset allocation framework to enhance professional guidance on asset allocation strategies;
• Responsible for the overall planning of the retail wealth management brand, formulate and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and market share;

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Qualified under SFO for carrying out Regulated Activities Type 1, 4 and qualified as MPF and Insurance Intermediary
• At least 10 years of experience in retail banking, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role;
• Familiarity with wealth management products and relevant regulatory laws and regulations.
