Senior Officer to Assistant Manager, General Management and Digitalization Section

Trade Finance Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general management of trade finance department, including writing reports, data analysis, preparing materials for training, business promotion, business conference or as per the requirement of the Management or headquarter, business event organization, administration and team building for department.
• Responsible for the digitalization of trade finance business, including system optimization, e-banking optimization, consolidation on user requirements, system parameter maintenance, develop and follow up trade finance and corporate banking digitalization project with R&D department.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business, Management, Finance, Chinese language, IT or other discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of banking experience, preferably in trade finance, corporate banking or Information Technology
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Quick learner and reliable, diligent with team spirit
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua is a must
