Manager, New Product and General Admin, Global Transaction Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing UAT plan, strategies, and test cases based on business requirements, assist with post-implementation activities and provide support for production issues

• Assist in installation and setup of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Demonstrates strong ability to draft, edit, and finalize clear, well-structured reports to management.

• Collects, organizes, and interprets data to produce accurate,  insightful, and actionable reports that support decision-making.

• Provide administrative support to the department to ensure smooth daily operation.

• Participate in other ad-hoc departmental affairs as required

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• With common knowledge of PC configurations 

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
