Retail Loans Processing Head (Loans Administration Department)

 Job responsibilities:

- Lead the retail loans processing team, overseeing loan drawdown and settlement (particularly familiar with PAPT arrangement), credit limits, and collateral maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with OIC to ensure timely service delivery and provide excellent service to our customers.

- Manage post-loan monitoring and handle escalated customer complaints.

- Streamline processes and involve in system enhancements project to improve efficiency.

- Manage team members and lead the team to achieve high standards of operational excellence.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. 

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan administration, preferably in retail loans processing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations and best practices for loans processing in banking industry.

- Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin. 

- Proficient in MS Office, bookkeeping systems.
