The Job:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the preparation of tender, subcontract documents, purchase orders and purchase contracts; assisting in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers in obtaining good price and follow up the delivery, quality and quantity of construction material.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Construction related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience
• Good communication , interpersonal and PC skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
