Private Banking RBW

Hang Seng's Private Banking provides services for people who have successfully built their asset base and now want to place their wealth in the hands of experts who know how to nurture it. 

Our banking services and products are bespoke, ranging from tailored investment advice and capital solutions to holistic health and personal protection and trustee services. Our team offers professional wealth management advice at both a local level and on a global scale. 

Should you join our Private Banking business, you will focus on building close relationship with our high-net-worth customers, providing professional advice and premium service to them and contribute to the profitability of the Bank.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director of Relationship Management, reporting to Executive Director and Team Head of Relationship Management.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Vice President, Relationship Management.

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers
  • Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders
  • Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio re-allocation
  • Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios
  • Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations
  • At least 6 years’ banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
  • Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
