General Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Agent in site coordination, subcontractor management, and daily construction supervision.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building, Building Studies, Architectural Studies, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Foreman.

• Holder of TCP T1, T2, or T3 certification and a Certificate for Safety Supervisor is preferred.

• Prior experience in residential and hotel projects is an advantage.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Site Agent.
