Chef de Partie / Demi Chef

Responsibilities職責:

• Assist in preparation and production of all food items 協助主廚準備和製作食品
• Maintain a high standard of food quality 保持食品的質量
• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and performance of the staff 協助監督廚房的日常運作
• Recommend new dishes and arrange food promotion to meet customer's expectation 推薦新的菜餚和安排食品推廣
• Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen 其他廚房工作

Requirements工作要求 :

• Solid work experience in hotel/clubhouse/catering industry 曾任餐飲/會所/酒店，並有多年經驗
• Good knowledge of Western cuisine 對西式美食有良好認識
• Good knowledge of HACCP 對HACCP有良好認識
