Restaurant Manager

• To assist General Manager and Operation Manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth-running and efficient operation at all times
• Ensure high quality services, food presentation and cleanliness are up to guest satisfaction;
• Handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints and comments;
• Constantly analysis the business situation and seek ways to improve performance in meeting financial goals;
• Control inventory stock of the restaurant
• Provide regular job and service training to employees
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team on food quality or presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' working experience in Upscale Dining restaurant at similar capacity, Michelin-starred restaurant experience preferred;
• Superior oral communications in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making;
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
