Operation Team, IT Department

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT asset life cycle management - oversee the deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Familiar with change management principles and practices, with proven ability to assist in communication and engagement initiatives
• Review and approve the Change Request and arrange CAB
• Monitor and follow-up the Change Request completion and outstanding status
• T incident / Problem follow-up (from case open to close, requiring appropriate approval and compliance with policies and procedures)
• Perform due diligence on all IT procurement including software, hardware and maintenance service to ensure all procurement is complied with corporate policy
• Establish and maintain IT group policies, standards, and guidelines based on industry best practices, company requirements, and local regulations
• On-call for emergency production incidents
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• With 8+ years’ IT service management or IT operation management experience in financial services sector
• Demonstrated experience in asset and change management
• Self-initiative, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-departmental teams
• Good written and communications skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Familiar with ITIL process
