Mobile App Product Manager, Digital Banking Department

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product planning, requirement research, functional design, user experience optimization, and iteration of core channels in the Banking App to enhance user experience and business efficiency.

• Drive the building of App platform capabilities, including common components, basic product modules, and interface specification development/maintenance. Manage version planning, release cadence, and requirement scheduling.

• Continuously iterate the product based on data and user feedback; produce PRDs, prototypes, and feature solutions; drive requirements through the entire lifecycle from design to launch.

• Collaborate with R&D, UI/UX design, risk control, compliance, and business teams to advance project execution, ensuring stable version releases and the achievement of business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above. Proven experience as an Internet/Mobile App Product Manager. Prior experience with Banking Apps, Financial Apps is preferred.

• Proficient in the end-to-end product development process; capable of independently conducting requirement analysis, wireframing, PRD writing, and project execution.

• Familiar with App platformization, component-based design, version management, and data-driven iteration methodologies.

• Strong awareness of financial compliance and risk management. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and execution abilities.

• Proficient in product design and mapping tools such as Axure, Visio, Figma, XMind, and MockingBot. Strong data analysis capabilities.
