System Product Manager (Wealth Product Department)

Responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Lifecycle: Lead the overall planning of the Wealth Product Management System (WPMS). Design comprehensive product lifecycle solutions covering permissions, product listing, trading, settlement, and operations, ensuring high system availability and scalability.
• Digital Experience: Plan the online operation framework for wealth products. Design front-end interaction flows for account opening, trading, portfolio holding, and product display to optimize customer experience and enhance conversion rates.
• Data & Analytics: Build wealth management business analytics data models, define foundational data standards, and design the business reporting system to provide data-driven insights and support for business departments.
• Innovation & Technology: Lead the pilot implementation and promotion of new technologies (e.g., AI) within wealth management scenarios. Responsible for requirement definition, solution design, and technical feasibility assessment.
• Incident Management: Handle critical and complex issues in daily system support. Coordinate development resources to resolve system failures and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in system product management, banking operations, or wealth management technology.
• Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles in a financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expertise in product management, system design and user experience.
• Sound problem solving and data analytics skills.
