Project Manager, Retail Finance & Credit Card Department

Responsibilities

• Leading the gathering and validation of business and user requirements, translating ideas into actionable system requirements. 
• Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and managing risks and resources. 
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating to prioritize features and functionalities for new and existing products. 
• Driver User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working with development teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance, while collaborating with UX/UI designers to improve customer experience. 
• Analyzing business and system data to support decision-making and optimize product performance. 
• Exploring and implementing low-code platforms and AI applications, conducting proof-of-concept activities to enhance product capabilities. 
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
• Perform other duties related to retail loans and credit card as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Relevant work experience (2-5 years) in product management, preferably in the financial services or Fintech industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interest in Fintech, system project management, low-code platforms, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
• Basic knowledge of data handling or analytics tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python) is an advantage
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written
