About the Role

As a Houseman (保養服務員), you will be assisting with the overall presentation of guestrooms and public areas, ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of guestrooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Deliver guest amenities and respond to service requests.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• 為客房和公眾地方進行技術性清潔
• 報告有關客房及設施損毀並跟進相關安排
• 遞送客人所需用品及處理服務要求
• 為客人提供協助
• 履行上司指派的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department of a Hotel.
• Responsible team player with good customer service sense.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• 具備至少一年酒店房務部相關工作經驗
• 具責任感、團隊合作精神及良好的顧客服務意識
• 願意輪班工作
