Senior Captain (IFC Sabatini Italian Restaurant) (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations
• Oversee and maintain the high standards of service at the restaurant 
• Provide professional service to guests and demonstrate product knowledge
• Lead, supervise, and train the team to deliver high-quality customer service 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
• 4-5 years' relevant experience in Italian Restaurants
• Cheerful, pleasant, and outgoing personality
• Good spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin is a must
