Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Chef de Partie​​​​​, we rely on you to:

• Assist and support Sous Chef to ensure high quality of food production 
• To Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the section
• Manage and estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen 
• Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of Culinary Arts of Vocational Training Council
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in related professions, extensive knowledge of western cuisine
• A team player with positive attitude and proactive
• Good command of English and Cantonese
