Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking (PRC Large Corp. Clients)

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Large Corporates, including PRC Clients and Multi-National Customer Segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients by providing tailored financial solutions in corporate lending.
• Customize financial solutions for working capital and other financial products required by corporate clients.
• Participate in the origination and structuring of syndicated loans, review credit facilities, conduct thorough credit analysis, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
• Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' relationship management experience in Corporate Banking, with a proven track record of PRC large corporate client base and syndicated loans / project finance execution.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating new client relationships and achieving portfolio growth.
• Holder of ECF Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) certification an advantage.
• Short notice is highly preferred.
