Property Consultant - Investment Department

Job Description :

• Assist in handling sale and purchase of whole buildings, commercial podiums and redevelopment sites.
• Assist in drafting and writing property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals.
• Maintain and update the information of property listings.
• Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors.
• Conduct land search, company search and building plans search

Requirements : 

• Must have a valid salesperson's licence.
• University/Diploma graduate or equivalent.
• Hardworking, detailed-minded and good interpersonal relationship
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
• No relevant experience is required
