DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect guest rooms, floor corridors and pantries to provide exceptionally clean, neat and well maintained at all time.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on all equipment repair requests to the Engineering department.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

PREPEQUISITES

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
• A minimum 2 years of work experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department.
• Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
