What will you do?

• Develop, execute, and monitor strategic revenue action plans to maximize property market share and rooms revenue
• Lead period-end data analysis, demand modeling, and competitor benchmarking to accurately forecast room nights, identify trends, and pinpoint future need periods
• ​​​​​Proactively manage live inventory, yield controls, and distribution channels to maximize revenue during peak demand periods
• Evaluate and optimize electronic sales channels, third-party distribution partners, and representation systems
• Identify demand gaps and collaborate with marketing to design, price, and fence packages, promotions, and advertising campaigns
• Provide actionable market intelligence and business evaluation recommendations to sales and hotel leadership teams

What do we seek in you?

• Degree holder in hospitality or related disciplines
• Past experiences in luxury hotels
• 5 years of relevant revenue management experience
• Fluent English communicator, written and spoken
