About the role:
Managed a portfolio of corporate employee benefits clients, working with different relationship managers to ensure high service standards, policy retention, and effective implementation of employee benefit solutions. Partnered with clients & internal department to identify workforce needs, provide benefit advisory services, and drive long-term client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping comprehensive insurance programs while developing deep expertise in the benefits consulting space.
Job Descriptions:
- Collaboration in Relationship Management: Build strong relationships within corporate consultants and frontline office. Ensure client account servicing and renewals are handled quickly and professionally.
- Broking Services Support: Assist in providing professional broking services to corporate clients regarding employee benefits solutions.
- Insurer Engagement: Build strong relationships with insurers and negotiate terms that benefit our clients.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide suggestions to enhance client retention rates.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Liaise with insurers to compare quotations, and prepare client proposals, analysis reports, and presentation materials.
- Claims Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of raw claims data from insurance companies and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key findings for clients' HR departments.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other duties as required to support the team and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred.
- Holder of Insurance license (IIQE papers I, II & III) are highly preferable
- Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities and be able to work independently and act as a self-motivated and energetic good team player
- Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Account Executive
