Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking (NBFI)

Responsibilities:

• Originate, manage, and scale high-value portfolios with NBFI customers.

• Structure and deliver comprehensive financial solutions, including corporate lending, trade finance, working capital optimization, and custom financial products.

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated loans and complex project finance transactions.

• Oversee the end-to-end credit workflow, including facility reviews, deep-dive financial analysis, and the formulation of high-quality credit proposals.

• Drive institutional revenue by actively cross-selling the Bank’s treasury services and capital markets products in alignment with corporate strategy.

• Partner closely with Risk Management and Compliance teams to safeguard asset quality and ensure full alignment with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years of proven relationship management experience within Corporate Banking.

• Demonstrated success in managing NBFI portfolios, with verifiable execution experience in syndicated loans and project finance.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin).

• Holder of ECF Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) certification an advantage.

• Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice will be given immediate priority.
