Manager (Treasury - Funding and Investor Relations)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Treasury Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, the Manager will handle the funding and investor relations activities for the Corporation.

• Assist in arranging local and international debt issuance through public benchmark issues or private placements;

• Coordinate with internal and external parties on the annual update of debt programme, review debt issuance documentation, and manage issuance logistics;

• Support investor marketing, non-deal roadshows and investor presentation materials;

• Liaise with credit rating agencies and manage banking relationship; and

• Conduct research and market analysis relating to debt market activities as well as provide support on departmental compliance matters.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Finance or related disciplines. Professional qualification such as CFA or FRM is an added advantage;

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in debt capital market, debt issuance or corporate treasury;

• Solid treasury and fixed income product knowledge;

• Detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and strong initiative to manage projects and deals; and

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
