Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting insurance policy fulfilment processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. 
Involving extensive system testing, managing abnormalities from Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, and assisting with BAU onboarding document verification.

Key Responsibilities

•    Reviewing and validating insurance applications submitted by frontline sales staff to ensure all documentation and declarations requirements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•    Identifying and escalating discrepancies, missing information, or potential risk concerns.
•    Ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs and client experience standards 
•    Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
•    Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Frontline, Sales Governance) to resolve fulfilment issues 
•    Provide operational guidance to frontline staff on fulfilment requirements and documentation
•    Provide exceptional service by addressing internal inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•    Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Previous experience preferably within the banking or financial services sector / Previous experience preferably in system testing and migration projects
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
