Senior/ Guest Services Officer - Front Office 資深/ 客戶服務主任

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for checking in/out guests and provide frontline services at reception counter in a professional manner
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints with courteous and friendly manner

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Front Office or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Pleasant, customer oriented and work independently under pressure
• Good command in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer
