About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-minded Assistant Manager / Senior Officer to support MPF reporting and sales materials production. This role combines hands-on reporting execution with workflow improvement. You will help maintain production quality while supporting the rollout of a standardized AI-enabled deck production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales materials production workflow, tracker accuracy, and on-time delivery, while helping build and maintain AI-enabled production standards and controls.
• Perform and validate Press Release / MPF index calculations accurately, investigate unusual results, and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare market analysis reports on schedule with clear, consistent, and accurate reporting quality.
• Maintain reporting schedules, data integrity, and complete supporting documentation standards.
• Support periodic ORSO updates, including performance and fee data maintenance and scheme change monitoring.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, internal teams, and external providers to ensure smooth execution.

Candidate Profile — What We Look For

• Relevant experience in MPF/pension reporting, fund operations, investment reporting, or related support functions.
• Strong Excel and data-checking skills, with practical numerical validation ability.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable under deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication with management, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Practical ability to improve and standardize workflows; experience using AI tools for content production and quality control is an advantage.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data/Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in reporting, operations, or analysis functions related to MPF or investment support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position.
