Position Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Senior MPF Business Manager/ Team Head in planning, directing, coordinating and organizing MPF marketing activities, and capturing new business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve / exceed individual sales target in light of meeting the needs of customers
- Comply with budget assigned including to implement the business strategies, control the expenditure and achieve the cost containment target
- Visit the customers and provide on-site services on the member enrolments and asset transfers
- Introduce products and services to meet the needs of customers whom will be provided with clear and accurate information and kept informed throughout the sales process
- Capture new business from the existing customers, such as the MPF business of the group companies, new branches and their referrals
- Call on the potential customers to capture new MPF business
- Ensure standardized practice in disclosing products and services information, features, risks, fees and charges to customers throughout the sales process
- Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
- Work together with the marketing officers of BEA branches and business departments on soliciting new business for the Bank and MPF Department
- Refer prospects to BEA branches and business departments for further developments on other banking services
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing; or related discipline
- Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage
- Preferable over 1 year experience in sales or marketing
- Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
