Assistant Manager / Officer, Retail Credit Administration

Responsibilities:

• Perform the mortgage loan application processing including information verification, conducting credit checking, documents screening and preparing the approval appraisal in accordance with the credit policy
• Ensure the completeness of the data input in the System and the supporting documentation to facilitate the loan approval
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Statistics/ Economics/ Risk Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
• One year of loans processing experience with knowledge of retail loan products preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized with attention to details
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
