Network Manager/ Assistant Network Manager

Job Description:

• Join the Infrastructure Services Team to manage network and voice infrastructure for the bank, including offices, branches and data centers
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot and ensure stability of the network and voice infrastructure
• Assist on bank project initiatives in different phase and manage related change according to change management process
• Prepare related documents for operations and maintenance, as well as response to internal or external audit and regulators’ enquiry.
• Manage vendor performance according to SLA

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/ tertiary education of IT related disciplines
• 3 years working experience with CCNP qualification
• Banking experience is preferable but not a must
• Good interpersonal communication skill is an advantage
• Problem solver with can-do attitude is key to success
• Support/ troubleshooting during non-office hours is required on need basis
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Network Manager
