Responsibilities

• Maintain all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard 準備食物，並保持出品達到酒店及客人的要求
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards 保持個人及環境衛生，並達到HACCP的標準

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years work experience in hotel or in similar capacity 四年或以上工作經驗
• Formal training in Hotel F&B Kitchen 具酒店廚部工作經驗更佳
