As an Assistant Vice President of Sales, you won't just be "selling"; you will be a strategic partner to the world's most sophisticated financial decision-makers within the mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity investment landscape.

Your Mission
You will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, hunting and closing new business within core Hong Kong, Singapore and/or South China markets across both equities and private equity asset classes. This is a high-autonomy role requiring executive presence and an insight-led approach.
- Own the Cycle: Execute the full sales stack—from strategic prospecting and lead qualification to high-level negotiation and conversion.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute quarterly plans to penetrate market-fit parameters and exceed new business quotas.
- Insight-Led Selling: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, understanding their unique asset classes and business challenges.
- Collaborate & Scale: Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Third Bridge’s primary research suite, maintaining a competitive edge in Asia.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years of high-performance institutional sales experience, ideally within Financial Services.
- Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Acumen: Deep understanding of the institutional investment industry and the ability to multitask with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with the intellectual curiosity to master new products and market shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin languages preferred.
