• Set the restaurant up for a flawless service and welcome every guest with a smile, eye contact, and their name when you know it
• Anticipate what guests need before they ask, recommend dishes with genuine knowledge, and make sure food and drinks arrive quickly, correctly, and beautifully presented
• Flag allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, and personally acknowledge VIP arrivals
• Keep tables, sideboards, and heart-of-house spaces spotless and service-ready at all times

Financial & Operational Excellence

• Confidently introduce and upsell menu items
• Take accurate orders, follow proper operation standard, and handle guest checks with precision

Team & Culture

• Impeccable grooming and punctuality
• Support your teammates, communicate openly, and pass guest feedback on to your supervisor
• Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards
