Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Finance team
• Ensure all the paper work is accurate and well presented
• Meeting daily with the Director, Finance Business Partner
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for Director, Finance Business Partner and other senior members of the management team
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures and standards
• Respond to requests for information, refer matters to appropriate parties and recommend action to resolve

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-versed with MS Office application
