Performance Services - Social Affairs 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Stove and Chopper頭砧板

Principal responsibilities

• Responsible to assist the daily operations and preparation of food items
• Ensure the highest quality of food production.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen
• Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner
   
• 負責日常營運工作, 準備所需要的食材
• 維持高水平的食物質素
• 碓保廚房符合衛生水平及工作環境符合安全準則
• 在日常工作中保持禮貌, 注重安全 及 維持高效率

Requirements

• At least 10 years related working experience in Head Chopper or Second Chopper, preferably in Chinese Premium Dinning Restaurant, Club House or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels  
• Must be good in communication and possess strong sense of responsibility
   
• 10年以上高級中餐館、會所或酒店中餐部相關頭砧板或二砧板工作經驗
• 擁有良好溝通技巧及富有責任感

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
