Asset Management Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, structural design, and optimization of international asset management products

• Analyze market trends and client needs to formulate product strategies and business cases

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure adherence to SFC and international regulatory frameworks

• Draft product documentation (e.g., offering memoranda, legal filings, marketing collaterals)

• Support product launch, performance monitoring, and full lifecycle management

• Present product updates and market insights to senior management

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in international asset management product development and design (cross-border/offshore project experience preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong asset management structures, including but not limited to:
  ▸ Open-ended Fund Companies (OFCs)
  ▸ Unit Trust Schemes
  ▸ Mutual Funds
  ▸ Collective Investment Schemes (CIS)
  ▸ Structured Notes & Debt Instruments

• Familiarity with SFC Code on Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds, OFC ordinance, and relevant regulatory guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Law, or related fields

• CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at teamwork in fast-paced environments
