OK Finance - Senior Manager / Manager, MIS and Financial Planning

Job Purpose:

• Senior Manager will be responsible the MIS and FP&A functions.
• Leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights, justify strategic roadmaps, and guide the company’s financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced analytics frameworks to support product and company strategy.
• Construct and maintain different reports to track KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and profitability studies.
• Provide forward-looking insights to support business decisions and resource allocation.

Incumbent Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; CFA or FRM preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer lending industry.
• Proven track record of driving transformation through analytics and financial planning.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, basic VBA is a plus.
