Technician 技工 (Average 5.5-Day Work Week 平均每週工作5.5天)

工作職責 Job Responsibilities

• 平均每星期工作5.5天，每天工作9小時。Average 5.5-days work week, 9 hours per day.

• 負責大廈各項機電系統及設施的保養維修工作。Responsible for maintenance and repair works of E&M systems and facilities of the building. 

• 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施。Perform regular inspections on E&M systems and facilities.

• 進行預防性及緊急故障維修工作。Carry out preventive and emergency breakdown works.

• 工作時間 Working Time: 08:00-17:00/ 14:00-23:00/ 23:00-08:00 (須輪班 shift duty is required)。

• 工作地點 Working location: 旺角 Mongkok。

工作要求 Job Requirements

• 3年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗。Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience on buildings' repair and maintenance.

• 須持有效電工”A”牌或以上。Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above. 

• 操流利粵語，懂簡單中文書寫。Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.

• 懂電腦文書操作。Knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
