Sales Manager

Job Description :

• Handle with sale and purchase of whole buildings, commercial podiums and redevelopment sites.
• Draft and write property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals.
• Maintain and update the information of property listings.
• Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors.
• Able to build up a client base.

Requirements : 

• Must have a valid EAA salesperson's licence.
• University/Diploma graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years' working experience in sale and purchase of residential, industrial, commercial or retail properties.
• Responsible, hardworking and good inter-personal & communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
